[BHE 560] E-Picturebooks and Unexpected Book Presents

Book gifts are the best!

Myra here.

A few days back, our college hosted our very first Literary Café session at Zoi Cafe, Al Qattara here in Al Ain as part of our month-long Reading Festival with the theme: Teachers and Leaders as Lifelong Readers.

We had notable Emirati poet and storytellers, Asma Aljilani and Nauf Alalwan as our invited guests, as we celebrate Emirati Women’s Voices – perfect for March being Women’s Month. I am also very fortunate to receive a copy of Suitors for Sheika which I am sharing here along with other Overdrive e-picturebook finds.
