I am still riding on the high that was #EmiratesLitFest – the annual Emirates Airline Festival of Literature – which took place a week ago. I deliberately restrained myself from purchasing way too many books, although I was sorely tempted to buy all the books that were spread out like a feast.

In the end, I just targeted the Filipino titles that I knew I would have difficulties finding anywhere else.
