It is that time of the week again where we share a book quote that seemed particularly striking for us.
For the month of November, our book quote theme is: RESIST
I have read Orwell’s 1984, Animal Farm (see my review here), and Down And Out In Paris (see my not-too-glowing review here), but Keep The Aspidistra Flying is new to me (Amazon | Book Depository). I love the message of resistance here, though, and the need for a more systemic, rather than just an individual change. Sounds very true.
