Myra here.
It is that time of the week again where we share a book quote that seemed particularly striking for us.
Welcome to April! Since April is known as Poetry month, we will be sharing quotes from celebrated poets.
I have actually featured Mary Oliver’s Long Life (Amazon | Book Depository) for Poetry Friday here. However, I have not shared this particular quote which I find to be infinitely comforting: the notion that while there are multiple houses or thresholds that we “walk out from” or “go back to” in this lifetime, there is one that would forever remain constant. It is a good reminder that we are, all of us, earth’s inhabitants.
