It is that time of the week again where we share a book quote that seemed particularly striking for us.
I enjoyed Seanan McGuire’s Wayward Children Series, and have reviewed Books 1-4 here and here. More than the world-building aspect, I appreciated how most of the main characters are misfits, struggling to find their place in the world. I also especially like the quote above that takes pleasure in breathing in the sun after spending an entire life underground. I am now valuing more and more the importance of breathing.
