In a way it is because the books sold have lower prices. Book Outlet is usually cheaper. Think online thrift store. Book Depository offers amazing UK covers that Book Outlet lack, as well as free shipping internationally. Book Outlet also ships internationally but for a fee, depending on where you are in the world.
