Book Hunting Expeditions Reading Life

[BHE 355] 2019 Library Haul #1

First library haul of the year. I may have already finished at least three books from this list.

Fats here.

I’m trying my best not to spend too much on books this year. The titles below were part of my initial library haul for the year. I will try to share as many of them as I can.

Where the Woods End by Charlotte Salter
Smoke and Mirrors by K.D. Halbrook

Summer Bird Blue by Akemi Dawn Bowman
Lovely, Dark, and Deep by Justina Chen

The Disasters by M.K. England
Stronger, Faster, and More Beautiful by Arwen Elys Dayton

Gunslinger Girl by Lyndsay Ely
Dread Nation by Justina Ireland

Florida by Lauren Groff
All the Names They Used for God by Anjali Sachdeva

The Essex Serpent by Sarah Perry
Etta and Otto and Russell and James by Emma Hooper

Fruit of the Devil Tree by Ingrid Rojas Contreras
Mr. Flood’s Last Resort by Jess Kid

Fats is the Assistant Manager for Circulation Services at the Wayne County Public Library in Wooster, Ohio. She considers herself a reader of all sorts, although she needs to work on her non-fiction reading. Fats likes a good mystery but is not too fond of thrillers. She takes book hoarding seriously and enjoys collecting bookmarks and tote bags. When she is not reading, Fats likes to shop pet apparel for her cat Penny (who absolutely loathes it).
