[BHE 328] Loot from the One Day NYRB Book Sale and Stephen King!

Magda Szabo, Silvina Ocampo, Saki, Teffi, Cesare Pavese, Anna Seghers - and more...

BHE

Myra here.

Every sunday, we share the books that found their way into our hands. This week, I am excited to share these gorgeous babies I bought during the NYRB One-Day Summer Sale. When I found out that the shipping costs were astronomical going to Singapore (almost as expensive as the total amount of books I bought), I had it delivered instead to my in-laws in California. This was fortuitous since my mother-in-law was on her way to Singapore for her usual visit. Hence, free delivery to the US, and especially hand-delivered to me in Singapore. Special thanks to Nanay for bringing them all here.

Any particular title here that you have read? Suggestions on which one I should read first?
