Fats here.
My Poetry Friday offering today is short and (bitter)sweet. The poem is taken from a poetry collection by R.H. Sin, who is known for his poetry on Instagram. His poems from “Whiskey, Words, and a Shovel” focus on relationships and lean more toward pain and heartbreak.
(a good heart)
The only downfall of having a
good heart is that you’re
constantly looking for angels
inside of demons. And they
wonder why the good know so
much pain.
