Myra here.
Every Tuesday, we share photographs from our recent or long-ago travels, or just everyday stuff that appealed to our mindful eye and sharp sensibilities as captured through fleeting images.
Chocolaterie Beluga
Viktualienmarkt 6, 80331 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
During my last few weeks in Munich, I took it upon myself to find the really nice coffee places. I visited this place twice, and I usually bring a book with me. The second time I came with a friend who was just passing through.
“I’d rather take coffee than compliments just now.”
― Louisa May Alcott, Little Women
“Coffee is a way of stealing time that should by rights belong to your older self.”
― Terry Pratchett, Thud!
This is how hot chocolate is prepared. You see that slab of chocolate? Drop it into your mug of milk and voila – hot choco!
With my Global Health Expert friend who passed by Munich on his way to Prague, I think.
“The fresh smell of coffee soon wafted through the apartment, the smell that separates night from day.”
― Haruki Murakami, Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage
Delicious pictures, Myra!! That hot chocolate looks amazing.
