[Photo Journal] White Wilderness Of Norway

photojournal

Myra here.

Every Tuesday, we share photographs from our recent or long-ago travels, or just everyday stuff that appealed to our mindful eye and sharp sensibilities as captured through fleeting images.

I have started sharing some of the photos taken this year from Norway. So grateful that I have wonderful friends who are willing to spend time touring their beautiful city with us. It was not winter when we visited Bergen, but summer! But there is ice, and lots of snow-capped hills and mountains.

“Winter is not a season, it’s an occupation.”
― Sinclair Lewis

For among these winters there is one so endlessly winter that only by wintering through it will your heart survive.
