[BHE 213] Book Fete at Tanglin Trust International School – Part One of Two: Juvenile Edition

Myra here.

My family and I are now in Berlin! Woohoo!

That is no reason, however, not to post my book hunting expedition while I was still in Singapore. A few weeks back, the Tanglin Trust International School had a Summer Fete.

Their infant librarian, Benjamin Farr, is a good friend of mine and he told me about books being sold for a dollar each. Naturally, I was so there. 30 minutes early, of course.

Evidently, I had a fun time collecting my book loot:

Since I got quite a LOT of books, I am dividing my post in two. This first part consists of my juvenile book loot.

Children’s Books, Middle Grade and Young Adult

The Sorcerer’s Companion: A Guide to the Magical World of Harry Potter by Allan Zola Kronzek and Elizabeth Kronzek, A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens illustrated by Quentin Blake

A Malorie Blackman Extravaganza: Check Mate, Knife Edge, Noughts & Crosses

An Abundance Of Katherines by John Green, If I Stay by Gayle Forman
