[Photo Journal] Legends Unbound Exhibit at Kent State University

Fats here.

We are excited to share photographs every Tuesday about our recent or long-ago travels, or just everyday stuff that appealed to our mindful eye and sharp sensibilities as captured through fleeting images.

On Columbus Day, our library attended Staff Development Day at Kent State University, organized by the Northeast Ohio Regional Library System (NEO-RLS). We were allowed to attend two sessions throughout the day. I listened to Holly Mueller talk about the Emerging TechLab that featured some home automation devices. I also joined the Kent State Library Tour that offered not only the tour of their library but also gave an overview of the graduate program for Library and Information Science. Included in the tour was a visit to an exhibit called Legends Unbound. Below are some of the photos I took from the exhibit.

What about you?
Have you been to any exhibit lately?

Fats is the Assistant Manager for Circulation Services at the Wayne County Public Library in Wooster, Ohio. She considers herself a reader of all sorts, although she needs to work on her non-fiction reading. Fats likes a good mystery but is not too fond of thrillers. She takes book hoarding seriously and enjoys collecting bookmarks and tote bags. When she is not reading, Fats likes to shop pet apparel for her cat Penny (who absolutely loathes it).
