Book Prize and Package

I was chosen as one of the daily winners in the Summer Reading Club sponsored by our local library. I got to choose any title from the Adult/YA SRC prize shelves and I picked Son by Lois Lowry. Yay for free books!

Smarter Than You Think by Clive Thompson
The Word Exchange by Alena Graedon

These two books were part of the package I received from my Book Riot subscription.

Which book/s appealed the most to you?
Did you buy/borrow/win any book this week?

  1. What we read truly reflects where we are – love seeing the recipe books here – shows how you are getting more comfortable in the kitchen, I love it. I have yet to get myself a copy of Son by Lois Lowry – I’ve been reading so many mixed reviews about it. Myka and I have yet to read the third book (we finished reading the first two).
