Fats here.
Moving on with our Ohio State Reformatory series, I have rust and ruins for today’s A-Z Photo Story Challenge hosted by Frizz.
During the month of October, the Ohio State Reformatory hosts a haunted Halloween special. The place will give you enough creeps during the day. I can only imagine how it’s like walking through these halls and rooms in the dark.

Hm. A creepy place indeed, Fats. All those ghosts of sad stories.

Yes. It gave me goosebumps walking along the halls.

Haha! Indeed! My boyfriend’s cousin threw up before they could even start the “haunted prison” tour. Needless to say, they never went inside.

Oh, wow, Fats, and it was probably beautiful before it started withering!

I would think so. The outside of the reformatory was beautiful, if you’ve seen my photo journal on “O is for Ohio State Reformatory.” Almost like a European castle. The people taking care of the place wanted to preserve it from its original state. No remodeling or reconstruction. They might have to, someday. Otherwise, it would just keep rotting from the inside.
