GatheringReaders Raising Readers Spotlight

[GatheringReaders] Schedule for July-December 2014

Myra here.

I just met up with my GatheringReaders book club participants at the Jurong West Public Library last Sunday, 27th of July. Usually our first meeting for the second half of the year has to do with book nominations and a great deal of booktalk as we consider which titles would be great for us to read in the coming months. And just like the first half of the year, I am extremely grateful that there are book trailers now that I can use for my booktalk. See a snapshot of my gallery of slides:

  1. This looks fabulous! I wish I could come!

  2. Lots of great choices in your book club, Myra. I still haven’t read My Name Is Mina, but love Skellig. I enjoyed One Came Home very much, a “large” adventure! Thanks for sharing your schedule coming up!

  3. I wanna read them all!
