[BHE 113] MPH Book Sale in Singapore – Part 2

Myra here.

Last week I shared the first part of my book loot from the MPH Book Sale here in Singapore: children’s book titles, middle grade and YA fiction, and a few graphic novels too. This Sunday for my Book Hunting Expedition post, share in my glee as I post the second part of my book loot with a few adult titles.

MPH Book Sale: Adult Titles

Two Stephen King titles: Doctor Sleep, and 11/22/63.

The Reading Promise: My Father and the Books We Shared by Alice Ozma, Proust and the Squid: The Story and Science of the Reading Brain by Maryanne Wolf, Casual Vacancy by JK Rowling.

Raven Summer by David Almond, The Whisperers: A Thriller by John Connolly.

Three John Boyne titles: This house is Haunted, Stay Where You Are & Then Leave, The Congress of Rough Riders.

Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy, The Beginner’s Goodbye by Anne Tyler, The Weirdstone of Brisingamen by Alan Garner.

Two titles by Rhonda Byrne: Hero and The Power. God: A Story of Revelation by Deepak Chopra.

I was very happy to find Ovidia Yu’s Aunty Lee’s Delights: A Singaporean Mystery. This is our book of the month for my adult book club here in Singapore.

Dreamsongs: Volume 1 by George RR Martin, Game of Thrones: The Graphic Novel Volume 2 by George RR Martin, The Wit & Wisdom of Tyrion Lannister by George RR Martin. Because I love the man. Never mind that he kills off characters I love.

How about you, dear friends, what books found their way into your shelves this week?
