Myra here.
It is Tuesday in our part of the world once again. Time for Frizztext’s A-Z Photo Story Challenge. Letter this week is M and so I share photographs of Men in Uniform from Budapest. This could actually be part of a series as I have also posted a similar set of photographs last year of Men in Uniform in Prague.
M is for Men in Uniform (Budapest Version)

It must be quite tough just standing around all day in this uniform…

… virtually unprotected from the elements except for their eyewear, which I thought was pretty nice.

It was a sunny, albeit windy and quite cool, day when we came to visit this place. I wonder how it would be like if it rains. Are they allowed to go inside this green enclosure?

And some look more formidable than others.
…naturally, we have to join them

Sometimes it is easy to forget that they are not statues, but actual living, breathing beings.

And my good friend, travel buddy, and research collaborator joins in the fun.

My favourite among this collection, thus far.
Wonderful uniform. I like the last one 🙂
