It’s Tuesday in our part of the world – time for Frizztext’s A-Z Photo Challenge. Letter this week is E and I choose the theme Endings. I simply selected a few photographs that gave me a ‘sense of ending.’
Endings in Sausalito, California

“Everything has to come to an end, sometime.”
― L. Frank Baum, The Marvelous Land of Oz

“It is always important to know when something has reached its end. Closing circles, shutting doors, finishing chapters, it doesn’t matter what we call it; what matters is to leave in the past those moments in life that are over.”
― Paulo Coelho, The Zahir
Endings in Pulau Ubin

“My day is done, and I am like a boat drawn on the beach, listening to the dance-music of the tide in the evening.” ― Rabindranath Tagore, Stray Birds

And because everything ends, because dreams end, stories end, life ends, at the finish of everything we use his name. “It’s finished,” we tell one another, “it’s over. Khattam-Shud: The End.”
― Salman Rushdie, Haroun And The Sea Of Stories
thank you for your term ENDING, Myra – for me: standing at an ocean, where rivers are ending, I always have the strange feeling, that my life is complete now; an ending, calming down…
